Jefimija
This specific bright-yellow, green-shaded wine is processed in a traditional way and nurtured from selected grape clusters from our own plantations. It is stored in new oak barrels. Its prevailing aroma is that of pure nutmeg and basil, while tones of vanilla and oak lurk in the background. Limited edition.
Jefimija is recommended with dishes of domestic cuisine, stuffed peppers and roasted meat, but also with hard cheeses, grilled fish and salads. Best served at 11 or 12 degrees Celsius.
